Andalucía Sabor is a professional and monographic meeting that every two years concentrates all the food suppliers of Andalucía to strengthen their presence in the national and international market. All the professionals of the food and high gastronomy sector meet in a summit that consecrates the leadership of the agribusiness of Andalucía beyond its borders

SPANISH FOOD FESTIVAL SHANGAI CITY SHOP 2013
Al-Andalus Delicatessen SCA has participated in the SPANISH PRODUCTS
FAIR which took place in Shangai, at the Shangai City Shop
Supermarkets.
For second consecutive year, Al-Andalus Delicatessen products have been one of the representative of the Spanish cousine at the
Chinese Market.
This new event supports and consolidates the good acceptance that our products have in the asian market. Al-Andalus Delicatessen products are one of

AWARD TO THE BEST COMPANY OF CERTIFIED QUALITY
We had the honor of receiving the award to the Best Company of Certified Quality 2009, from the Regional Government of Andalusia, which highlights the work done for years in making our prodcuts known for their quality and avowed production, as well as its processing and environmental friendliness.
SPANISH CUISINE CANDIDAT FOR WORLD HERITAGE
Next year, the Spanish cuisine will bid as a World Heritage, with the support of the Congress of Deputies.
So far, UNESCO has never recognized this category to any cuisine, but France has presented its candidacy, and soon enough the Spanish cuisine will join.
Keep in mind that, at this time, fame and international recognition of the Spanish cuisine and chefs are at their best moment ever, and names like Ferran Adrià are acclaimed worldwide.
